The costing and pricing tool X5, has been updated with the following -
- salary scales with the effective date of 1st February 2023
- National Insurance rates
- For funders who pay the Apprenticeship levy, please use the file dated 06/04/2023
- For funders who do not pay the Apprenticeship levy, please use the file dated 05/04/2023
Although the NI rate and bands haven't changed, the file dates have been amended so that they align to the annual April updates.
For existing costings, the Rates tab will show the Salary files and NI Rate File as out of date. To apply the new rates to existing costings, go to the rates table tab and update the out of date files by clicking on "apply all updated files now". Please be aware your costs will change in value.
