The University uses a range of different research contracts, although we generally negotiate and draft research contracts that are tailored for the specific project. Some examples of the most common research contracts are:

- Bespoke Agreements
- Confidentiality Agreement (CDA)
- Material Transfer Agreement (MTA)
There may be circumstances where projects require contracts that are not the responsibility of the Research Operations Office, for example, services contracts, standard visitors agreements.
