Submission reports are available in the X5 system to provide the Department with a clear and concise breakdown of information required for their grant application.
The breakdown of costs for an External Partner/s will now be reflected in the following submission reports
AMRC - used for Charities
EC - European Commission
GENERIC - used for Industrial funders
JES - RCUK
WELLCOME -Wellcome Trust
If you have collaborating departments costed in your X5, this information will also be displayed. Please note that you no longer need to add an External Collaborator line in Non-Staff costs, as these costs will now be reflected in the report.
