Research Operations Office

The Research Operations Office is embarking on a new round of our ROOTS (Research Operations Office Training Strategy) Tier 2 (2016) Research Administrators Programme.We invite submissions from all staff who have been in post for a minimum of six months and play an active role in the Grants Lifecycle and Research Contracts process within the University

The Programme will run over six months on the following dates in 2016

  • Tuesday 23 February

  • Tuesday 15 March

  • Tuesday 12 April

  • Tuesday 17 May

  • Tuesday 14 June

  • Tuesday 12 July

Delegates will need to be available for all six sessions.

Application Process

1.Complete the Expression of Interest Form which can be found on the Research Operations Office website This form requires the endorsement of your Departmental Administrator or Line Manager.

2.Email the form to by 2nd November 2015.

3.The final 15 will be chosen by the Assistant Directors within the Research Operations Office and successful candidates will be informed by 16th November 2015.
