New organisation requests in Worktribe
Departments can now request new funders or organisations in Worktribe using a single streamlined route: the Worktribe new organisation request form. This dynamic form supports requests for
- New funders
- New sub-awardees or lead partners
- Partner organisations providing in-kind support
- New non-financial partner organisations
- Changes to the type of an existing organisation in Worktribe
The form adapts based on your selections, triggering different workflows depending on the organisation type. Once your request is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
To get started and for step-by-step guidance, visit the Requesting a new organisation in Worktribe page on the Workrtribe SharePoint.

Coming soon - a refreshed Research Office bulletin
Thanks to feedback from colleagues in recent workshops, the bulletin is getting a refresh. Expect essential updates from across the Research Office every two weeks, covering policy and process changes, system updates, upcoming events and training, funder news, and internal funding opportunities.
Using Mailjet, a modern email platform, the new format offers a cleaner design and helps us understand what content is most useful to you. If you're already receiving the bulletin, there's nothing you need to do. For new readers, there will be an easy way to sign-up.
