How to prepare for the Worktribe upgrade on 16th April
The next system upgrade of Worktribe will take place on Wednesday 16th April 2025. Benefits include the ability to save progress when working on the risk assessment and allowing Principal Investigators to add a project manager to assist them. There will be minimal impact on Worktribe users. You will be unable to use the system from 5pm on 16th April until the morning of 17th April. An announcement will be shared on Worktribe once the upgrade has been completed.
Training is not required, but guidance has been created on the Using Worktribe SharePoint. The upgrade changes have been tested by a group of Worktribe Champions to ensure these are ready to be introduced.
Please contact the CRO Service Desk if you experience any technical issues.
Costing salaries in Worktribe
Salary scales and National Insurance updates have now been added to Worktribe, including the interim Cambridge supplement (a 2.5% payment to staff at or below point 48).
Our previous recommendation, when the Cambridge supplement was not in Worktribe, that staff up to point 48, should be costed two pay points above their scale can now be stopped. Staff now costed in Worktribe will have the correct salary figures and oncosts will reflect the increase in National Insurance.
Thank you for your patience during this interim period.
