New Payscales in X5 from 20th May 2021
On Thursday 20th May, the following new rates were imported into X5 -
- Updated Clinical payscales with an effective date (COLA date) of 01/04/2021
- New NI rates:
- Including Apprenticeship Levy: file date of 06/04/21
- Without Apprenticeship Levy: file date of 05/04/21
To apply these new rates to existing costings, go to the rates table tab and update the out of date files by clicking on “apply all updated files now”.
Horizon Europe Calls
Academics and research support staff can find details of the ERC Advanced Grant Call on the ROO website including the recording and slides from the recent UKRO information webinar series. The ERC Advanced Grant call is aimed at established research leaders with a recognised track record of research achievements in their field. The call opened on 20th May 2021 and the ROO internal deadline for the Advanced Grant Call is 19th August 2021.
Tentative dates for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) 2021 can be found on the EC news page on the ROO website. UK organisations will be able to participate in all MSCA Horizon Europe Calls and we will be updating our MSCA web pages as further details become available.
Research Grants User Group Meeting 13th May 2021 - slides and recording available
Thank you to everyone who attend the Research Grants User Group (RGUG) Meeting on Thursday 13th May. Presentations included an update of costing and pricing, contracts process improvements and the strategic procurement and purchasing project.
