UKRI Funding Assurance Visit to the University of Cambridge
The Research Councils will be undertaking an audit at the University as part of their work for the Funder Assurance Programme (FAP).Their visit will be taking place on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th September 2018.
We expect the audit to have a particular focus on grant collaborations and the associated due diligence processes. This includes collaboration that involve fund transfer as well as non-fund transfer collaboration. If you are running an UKRI grant that involves any form of partnership, please ensure appropriate collaborative agreements are in place, including documentation regarding the decision making process for selecting the collaborator. Please contact your Research Support Advisor in ROO, if you have any queries.
In addition, departments should ensure that expenditure on all awards (studentships, fellowships and research grants) complies with UKRI Terms and Conditions. Further guidance will be available over the coming weeks. If you have any immediate questions, please contact Sara.Hajnassiri@admin.cam.ac.uk.
