Application & Expenditure Statement Deadlines during December
The Research Operations Office (ROO) will close for the Christmas / New Year break from Friday 23rd December 2016 - Tuesday 3rd January 2017.
In order to help us manage incoming work, deadlines which fall during the office closure period as well as those due in the first week in January 2017 (being a very busy period), have been brought forward. Can you please ensure that your PIs are made aware of the following:
-
Applications with a funder deadline falling between and including Friday 23 December 2016 - Tuesday 3 January 2017, should reach ROO by Tuesday 13 December 2016.
-
Applications with a funder deadline between Wednesday 4 January and Friday 6 January 2017 should reach ROO by Thursday 15 December 2016.
-
Final expenditure statements due on RCUK awards over the Christmas period must be confirmed to ROO no later than Tuesday 13 December 2016. This is to allow Final Expenditure Statements to be submitted prior to the Christmas/New Year break, as the due date will not be extended by RCUK.
