As presented at the recent Research Grants User Group meeting, the Research Office and UIS are developing a Research Dashboard and data from X5 will pull through to the system. In order that only current data appears on the dashboard, could Department Administrators review their costings that are no longer required and change the status to “Closed” in the project set up screen?
Guidance for this is available on the ROO website. Please note costings should be finished or withdrawn from workflow before performing this action.
We would recommend that this work is undertaken by the end of August to enable testing of the Research Dashboard to take place during September.
