The new version of the Marie Curie Financial Guidelines includes an important change which affects all Form Cs that are submitted from July 2011 onwards.
Under the new revised guidelines, categories D and E (if applicable) should now be reported as a full flat rate for each fellow month worked. The new process means that categories A to E will now be claimed as a full flat rate whereas categories F (conference), G (management) and I (other) should remain to be claimed as ‘real costs’. Any unspent funds remaining at the end of the project will be transferred to the department. Please note that the general rules of eligible costs still applies to all Marie Curie grants.
