Timesheets
Recent EC audit findings have found a number of instances where timesheets are either missing, have not been signed off or not been reconciled to CUFS.
It is very important that timesheets have been fully completed and signed off at least monthly by both the individual and their supervisor. Timesheets need to be reconciled by reporting period to ensure that any under or over charges are avoided.
Timesheets need to be filled in for the following sponsors:
- EC
- Research Councils (directly incurred staff not charged 100% to an individual grant)
- NIH (directly incurred staff not charged 100% to an individual grant)
