New Research Grant Expenditure application has now been launched!!

University Information Services (UIS) has recently released a new application for Principal Investigators (PIs) and their delegates to effectively manage their research grant finances via a simple web interface.  

Key features and benefits include:

  • Users automatically presented with a summary of all of their active Awards / Projects
  • Allows manual commitments (e.g. for staff costs or equipment ) to be added
  • Simple drill-down from Award & Project level all the way down to individual expenditure items.
  • Early identification of potential underspend / overspend
  • Forecasts expenditure to the end of the grant
  • Multiple graphical outputs available
  • Secured by Raven & easily accessible
  • Data refreshed from CUFS overnight
  • Highly flexible delegations capability

pFACT Decommissioning

Further to the note in Research Office bulletin 88 this is a reminder that access to pFACT will be removed after 31st July 2014. Please ensure that any reports to which you need access are printed and/or saved before 31st July 2014 so that you have access to a local copy where required.
